School Profile
St. Andrew’s School (Florida)
St. Andrews School was established in 1961 under the auspices of The Reverend Hunter Wyatt-Brown, Jr. The overall goal of this Episcopal school is to develop the mind, body, soul and spirit of each student from grade Pre-Kindergarten to 12. Although originally opening in September 1962 as a boarding school for boys, St. Andrews now accepts girls and operates as both a boarding and day school. In addition to traditional sports programs, St. Andrews School in Boca Raton, Florida, offers an outstanding and unique Equestrian program where students can either begin or seek to improve their equestrian skills and display them to family and friends during events such as the Winter Equestrian Festival. St. Andrews School’s fine arts department affords music-oriented students the opportunity to learn to play bagpipes, a rather unusual instrument. Instruction is available for both group and private lessons. The admission process for St. Andrews School in Boca Raton, Florida, includes completion of the enrollment form, accompanied by a $1,000 fee for new students and academic testing. Since financial aid, available only to U.S., residential students, funding is limited, anticipated need must be made known as early as possible since financial aid and admissions applications are separate entities.
